Thank you for trusting BY Cabinet with your home project. Please complete the form below using the email address you want connected to your BY Cabinet customer account. After we verify our records, we will email you the approved promotional Store Credit amount and expiration date.
Required: customer name and email. All other project details are optional, but anything you can provide may help us locate your original order faster.
How Your Store Credit Works
- Your approved credit will be added to the BY Cabinet customer account connected to the email you provide.
- The credit is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued; the approval email will show the exact expiration date.
- The credit is complimentary and promotional. It may not be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional Store Credit may not be combined with another promotion.
- Eligibility and the final amount are based on BY Cabinet's verified order and payment records. Taxes, delivery, installation, labor, services, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, discounts, and unpaid balances may be excluded.
- If an approved return includes an amount paid with Store Credit, that portion is returned only as Store Credit; any remaining eligible amount is handled under BY Cabinet's standard return policy.
One credit is available per household and original completed project. Duplicate submissions for the same project may be combined.

必填项目：客户姓名和邮箱。其余项目资料均为选填；如能提供，将帮助我们更快找到原订单。
Store Credit使用说明
- 获批额度会存入您所填写邮箱对应的BY Cabinet客户账户。
- 额度自发放之日起60天内有效，批准邮件中会注明具体到期日期。
- 该额度属于免费赠送的促销福利，不可转让、出售或兑换现金，法律另有规定的除外。
- 除非活动另有明确说明，本促销Store Credit不与其他优惠叠加。
- 领取资格及最终金额以BY Cabinet能够核实的订单与付款记录为准；税费、送货、安装、人工、服务、退款、取消、拒付、折扣及未付余额等可能不计入。
- 若获准退货的商品使用了Store Credit，相关部分只退回Store Credit；其余符合条件的金额按BY Cabinet现行退换货政策处理。
每个家庭及原始完工项目限一份回馈额度；同一项目的重复申请可能会合并处理。
