Store Credit Program Terms | 回馈计划规则

1. Complimentary Store Credit · 免费赠送额度

Approved promotional Store Credit will be added to the BY Cabinet customer account connected to the verified email address. It is complimentary, non-transferable, not for resale, and has no cash value except where required by law. The approval email will state the amount and exact expiration date. Credit is valid for 60 days from issuance and cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

获批的促销Store Credit将存入核实邮箱所对应的BY Cabinet客户账户。该额度为免费赠送，不可转让、出售或兑换现金，法律另有规定的除外。批准邮件会注明额度及具体到期日；额度自发放之日起60天内有效，除非另有说明，不与其他优惠叠加。

2. Returns and Refunds · 退换货及退款

Purchases made entirely with complimentary Store Credit are final sale, except where applicable law or BY Cabinet’s published damage/defect policy requires otherwise. For an approved return paid with both Store Credit and another payment method, the Store Credit portion is refunded only as Store Credit; the remaining eligible amount is returned to the original payment method under BY Cabinet’s standard return policy. Eligible items paid entirely without Store Credit follow the standard return policy. Return shipping and related charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required.

完全使用免费赠送Store Credit购买的商品属于Final Sale，适用法律或BY Cabinet已公布的运输损坏／质量问题政策另有规定的除外。若获准退货的商品采用混合付款，Store Credit支付部分仅退回Store Credit，其余符合条件的金额按照正常退换货政策原路退回。完全未使用Store Credit支付的合格商品按网站正常政策处理。除另有规定外，退货运费及相关费用由客户承担。

3. Direct Referral Rewards · 直接推荐奖励

After approval, an eligible existing customer may receive a personal referral link to share with family and friends. A new customer who enters through that referral link may receive 10% off the first qualifying order. The direct referrer earns 5% Store Credit on that customer’s future qualifying purchases. Rewards are limited to the direct referral relationship only: no second-level, third-level, team, or downline rewards. Each customer may be connected to only one direct referrer.

审核通过后，符合资格的老客户可获得专属推荐链接并分享给亲友。新客户通过该专属推荐链接进入并完成首笔合格订单，可享10%优惠；其直接推荐人可持续获得该客户以后合格消费金额5%的Store Credit。奖励仅限直接推荐关系，不设第二层、第三层、团队或下线奖励。每位客户只能绑定一位直接推荐人。

4. Eligible Purchases and Limits · 适用商品与计算限制

Eligible categories include designated Home & Living, Decoration, Mirror, and Small Appliances products. Cabinets, vanities, flooring, countertops, sample doors, installation, labor, services, taxes, shipping, refunds, discounts, cancellations, chargebacks, and unpaid balances are excluded. Referral rewards are calculated on a maximum of $500 in eligible merchandise per order, so the maximum reward is $25 per order. There is no annual or lifetime reward cap.

适用范围包括指定的Home & Living、Decoration、Mirror及Small Appliances商品。橱柜、浴室柜、地板、台面、样品门、安装、人工、服务、税费、运费、退款、折扣、取消订单、拒付及未付余额等不参加。每笔订单最多按$500合格商品金额计算，因此单笔最高返$25；不设年度或终身奖励总额上限。

5. Reward Timing and Adjustments · 奖励发放及调整

Rewards are issued after the qualifying order has been delivered for 15 days and has not been returned, refunded, canceled, charged back, or disputed. Pending or incorrectly issued rewards may be canceled or deducted for returns, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, program abuse, or calculation/system errors.

推荐奖励将在合格订单送达满15天，且未发生退货、退款、取消、拒付或付款争议后发放。若发生退货、取消、拒付、欺诈、重复账户、自我推荐、活动滥用或计算／系统错误，BY Cabinet可取消待发奖励或扣除错误发放的额度。

6. Program Changes · 活动调整

To the extent permitted by law, BY Cabinet may modify, suspend, or terminate this program. Changes apply only to orders and rewards generated after their effective date. Properly earned and issued rewards remain valid, except those connected to returns, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, or errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights provided under applicable law.

在法律允许的范围内，BY Cabinet可修改、暂停或终止本活动。变更仅适用于生效日期之后产生的订单和奖励；此前已经正常获得并发放的奖励继续有效，但因退货、取消、拒付、欺诈、滥用或错误产生的奖励除外。本规则不限制适用法律赋予消费者的权利。

A friendly note: this thank-you benefit is intended as one credit for each household’s original completed project. Duplicate submissions for the same project may be combined during verification.
