Mirror Order, Shipping & Inspection Policy

Please carefully review the following policy before placing an order for any mirror products.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are reviewed and processed during our business hours:
Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (PST)
Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been processed, prepared, packaged, shipped, or submitted to the manufacturer.
Orders that have already entered processing, production, packaging, shipment preparation, or have been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
BY Cabinet reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests based on the status of the order.
SHIPPING DAMAGE INSPECTION REQUIREMENT
Mirrors are fragile products and may be damaged during transportation despite careful packaging and handling.
Customers are required to inspect the package and mirror IMMEDIATELY upon delivery.
Do NOT leave the mirror unopened for several days after delivery.
Any visible damage, concealed damage, cracks, chips, scratches, defects, or shipping-related issues must be reported to BY Cabinet within 48 HOURS of the recorded delivery date.
DAMAGE CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
To submit a damage claim, customers must provide:
• Photos of the outside packaging
• Photos of all shipping labels
• Photos of the damaged mirror
• Photos showing the overall condition of the package and product
• Order number
Failure to provide the required photos and information may result in delays or denial of the claim.
PACKAGING REQUIREMENT
Customers must retain all original packaging materials until the inspection process has been completed and any claim has been resolved.
Do NOT discard any packaging materials until your inspection is complete.
Discarding packaging before a claim is reviewed may affect claim eligibility.
LATE CLAIMS
Damage claims reported more than 48 HOURS after delivery may not qualify for replacement, refund, or shipping damage coverage.
BY Cabinet reserves the right to deny claims submitted outside the required reporting period.
RETURNS
Due to the fragile nature of mirror products, returned mirrors must be:
• Unused
• Uninstalled
• In original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to non-defective returns.
COLOR AND IMAGE DISCLAIMER
Actual product appearance may vary slightly from website images due to photography, lighting conditions, monitor settings, screen calibration, and manufacturing variations.
Color variations between website images and the actual product do not constitute a product defect.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY Cabinet is not responsible for damages resulting from:
• Improper handling
• Improper storage
• Improper installation
• Misuse
• Modification
• Failure to inspect the product upon delivery
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
