Delivery time frame is approximately 3 weeks after order. Our trucking may take another 10 days. The freight charge is curbside delivery to the driveway only and the driver won’t deliver to your house. Our trucking is commercial trucking, not a mover, delivery to the customer's driveway to provide the driveway condition can allow the trailer to pass through, otherwise, the buyer may need to pick up their shipment at the trucking terminal at the buyer's additional expense besides freight charge.

We offer a $180 shipping charge for the Los Angeles area.

We accept returns and exchanges. The return window is 14 days. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and returning the island in its original condition. Otherwise, we will deduct a refund based on the island's condition.
If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us promptly so we can come to a resolution.
If your item arrives damaged during transportation when it arrives, it can be seen on the packaging exterior with a punching hole where you can touch our item, please don’t sign to accept our shipment to the trucking company receipt and take pictures so that we can open a claim to the trucking company on your behalf and please make a remark on the delivery receipt. Our trucking company will take back the shipment.
However, you may find some damage after you uncrate our packaging, buyer will accept us to send new replacement parts or touch-up paint. It can happen as some customers lack experience in moving big furniture into their kitchen. We are happy to mail the above parts free of charge.
